*We will visit several pick-up points during the above time. Please note that depending on the order of arrival, you may have to wait more than 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time above.
About using the shuttle bus
Please make sure to confirm the date and time before making your reservation.
About shuttle reservations
- Since reservations are made online, we cannot accept reservations over the phone or same-day reservations/changes. Please note that you will not be able to use the shuttle bus after passing the graduation examination.
- The deadline for reservations is 15:00 on the business day before the shuttle bus is used. If the time has passed, you will not be able to make a reservation. Please do the same for cancellations and changes.
- Transfers are limited to one round trip per day.
Times when pick-up is not possible
There is no shuttle service during lunch break (13:10-14:10) and 11th period (19:10-20:00).

About shuttle vehicle arrival time
- The driver will visit several locations at the time of your reservation, so you may be approximately 10 minutes late. We don't know the order until the last minute, so please be on time for your reservation.
- It is not possible to pick up your child on time every time, but if the shuttle bus does not arrive within 10 to 15 minutes, please call us to confirm.
About the shuttle vehicle
In addition to microbuses, the shuttle bus may also be an unmarked white or silver passenger car.
About the first morning pick-up in February and March
Pick-up and drop-off for the first period (8:20 a.m.) is only available at Hanyu Station or Higashi Gyoda Station (7:40 a.m.).
Precautions
Transportation is a free service for your convenience. Therefore, please note that if you are late for your lesson due to traffic congestion, you may not be able to attend the lesson.
